  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Due to the perishable nature of our teas, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is delivered. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

Wrong or Damaged Product Received

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at contact@pureleafelixir.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
  • Upon verification, we will process a replacement or refund.

Missing Items

  • If any item is missing from your order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

❌ Change of mind after delivery.
❌ Opened or used tea products.
❌ Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address provided by the customer.
